Summary
Generalized febrile pustular psoriasis (GFPP) classically presents as waves of wide- spread sheets of sterile pustules on brightly erythematous skin. This disease rarely occurs in childhood and only few cases have been reported. GFPP in childhood tends to undergo a more benign course. It may resolve spontaneously with only supportive treatment, but may sometimes be life threatening and resistant to therapy. Here is reported the case of a 13-year-old girl with GFPP treated with sequential therapy.
