Pre- and Post-Holi care tips Tips to follow before playing Holi: Skin: The best way to avoid Holi colors from getting in direct contact with the skin is to layer it with an oil. Apply mustard/coconut oil on the face, neck, ears hands and legs before Holi. The colour can be removed from the skin more easily by doing this. To keep your skin safe from colours, try wearing clothes which cover the whole of your body to minimize the extent of direct exposure. The most ignored fact on holi day is using a Sunscreen. Apply a heavy layer of waterproof sunscreen 30 min before going out to save your skin from harmful sunrays.
